Fate Video User Agreement
Welcome to use Fate Video 1V1 Random Match (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before using the App, please read and understand this User Agreement carefully. By using the App, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
1. User Eligibility
The App is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this User Agreement.

You retain all rights to any content that you upload, post, or otherwise make available on the App. By uploading, posting, or making content available on the App, you grant the App a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
You agree not to upload, post, or make available any content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The App makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the App, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this User Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

The App reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App.
